Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept the return of food items, beverages and items of clothing. 

Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery charge.However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. 
At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

You legally have the right to return the items up to seven business days after the date of receipt of the goods, if received goods are faulty, damaged or "not as described" in product description.  The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, for more information please call us on: 1890 989 789.


All office furniture items will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.  Our couriers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor.  If you require items to be delivered to an upstairs floor you will have to arrange this yourself. All standard furniture items are flat packed and require self-assembly.
