DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All deliveries are made to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland only.
  • Deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • As all deliveries must be signed for please ensure that someone is available to do so.
  • Please Note- that it is not possible to deliver at a specific time.
  • Orders placed before 5.30pm will be delivered on the next business day between 9am and 5pm (Depending on stock levels). 
  • Orders placed after 5.30pm will be delivered in 1-2 business days (Depending on stock levels).
  • Orders placed on Friday before 5.30pm will be delivered on Monday/Tuesday (Excluding bank holidays).
  • All orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday. 
  • All office furniture is subject to a lead time, depending on stock. Please low call our office.
  • We offer a free next day delivery service for orders over €75.00 (Excl. VAT) in Republic of Ireland only.
  • Orders below €75.00 can incur a small delivery charge of € 8.95  in Republic of Ireland only.
  • Furniture orders will require additional delivery time and a separate delivery charge (which will be agreed with you prior to dispatch). If you have any queries about delivery, please call us on 1890 989 789 or send us an email at: info@theofficecentre.ie.  We will be glad to help.
  • All prices on our website are in Euro and where applicable product prices are inclusive of applicable VAT ( 23% &13.5%)
  • A detailed VAT receipt will be emailed to you (in PDF format) once your order has been delivered.

Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept the return of food items, beverages and items of clothing. 

Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery charge.However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. 
At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

You legally have the right to return the items up to seven business days after the date of receipt of the goods, if received goods are faulty, damaged or "not as described" in product description.  The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, for more information please call us on: 1890 989 789.

FURNITURE DELIVERIES

All office furniture items will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.  Our couriers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor.  If you require items to be delivered to an upstairs floor you will have to arrange this yourself. All standard furniture items are flat packed and require self-assembly. For certain items such as safes, cabinets and heavy furniture an additional charge may apply depending on the weight of the item and the ease of access to the building it is being delivered to. We will advise you of any additional charges before we ship your order, for more information please call us on: 1890 989 789.
